Welcome to EmoJin. This Privacy Policy governs your use of the EmoJin mobile application ("Application") created by DevOS.

We are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of any information our users share with us. EmoJin is built as an emoji puzzle game. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Application.

• We do not collect or track location data.
• Your game progress, scores, and coin balances are saved locally on your device via standard Android persistent preferences and local databases. No data is uploaded to a remote server.

2. Advertisements (Third-Party Services)

To keep the Application free, EmoJin contains integration with Google AdMob to display advertising (e.g., banner, interstitial, and rewarded ad widgets). These third-party services may collect and process information about you in accordance with their privacy policies.

Google AdMob may collect and use:

• Device advertising identifiers (like the Google Advertising ID or IDFA).
• IP address and general location data.
• Usage statistics and interaction metrics with advertisements.

3. Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers (which we do not run, since all data is strictly local). If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
